Management Analyst IV - FBI/ERF/AMU (Life & Safety)
Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV (Life & Safety) to support FBI in Quantico, VA.
Hourly wage: $43.
61/hr.
(non-negotiable) CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certification.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts.
Contacts personnel in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work; reviews, analyzes, and integrates the technical work of others.
Supervisor or professional engineer outlines objectives, requirements, and design approaches; completed work is reviewed for technical adequacy and satisfaction of requirements.
May train and be assisted by lower-level technicians.
Performs at this level one or a combination of such typical duties as: Designs, develops, and constructs major units, devices, or equipment; conducts tests or experiments; analyzes results and redesigns or modifies equipment to improve performance; and reports results.
From general guidelines and specifications (e.
g.
, size or weight requirements), develops designs for equipment without critical performance requirements which are difficult to satisfy such as engine parts, research instruments, or special purpose circuitry.
Analyzes technical data to determine applicability to design problems; selects from several possible design layouts; calculates design data; and prepares layouts, detailed specifications, parts lists, estimates, procedures, etc.
May check and analyze drawings or equipment to determine adequacy of drawings and design.
Additional Duties: • Oversees projects for the infrastructure unit and working with FFD to get them accomplished.
• Oversees and execute tickets from the help desk.
• Project management background and knowledge of Microsoft, Excel and Power Points.
• Collaborate with government employees to define project scopes, objectives, and requirements.
• Coordinates the administrative of space acquisitions, building operations, maintenance, movement/relocation, warehouse operations, and supply delivery.
• Assist and review and analyze detailed blueprints and layouts to determine feasibility cost effectiveness and compliance with agency rules and regulations.
• Assist in drafting comprehensive scopes of work for facility projects.
• Assist and coordinates the evaluation of all building maintenance, alterations, deficiencies, and repairs such as electricity, HVAC, heating, telephones, special equipment of OTD.
• Coordinates with FFD to contract and obtain funding for office furniture and equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate project details with relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend contractors, vendors and suppliers for facility project.
• Monitor contractor performance, ensuring adherence to project specification.
• Conduct safety inspections within the division and implement corrective measures and ensures that all OSHA rules and regulations are compiled with and/or implemented.
• Perform regular site inspections to assess project progress and quality.
• Coordinate travel to off-site locations for project assessments and coordination • Provide input on budge considerations and financial constraints for facility project.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards in facility management.
• Implement best practices energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety within facilities.
• Escorting on projects when required.
• Supporting the team on staging for special event.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance • Must be able to meet all security requirements • Must be able to pass CGI Federal background check • Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.
Preferred Experience and Technical Qualifications: • Preferred experience using Bureau systems such as: AMS (inventory database); EPAS, ART, UFMS, FRA, IMS (budget databases); Sharepoint; and Sentinel (Bureau documentation system).
