Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS) is seeking a Knowledge Manager / SharePoint Developer to support Knowledge Management (KM) projects as part of a contingent project supporting the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) Optimizing Healthcare Value Program (OHVP).
OHVP provides enterprise-wide analysis to validate and optimize the return on investment (ROI) of major strategic initiatives and objectives as identified by VHA leadership.
Work Location: Hybrid work model; 2 days per week in our Fredericksburg office, monthly in-person meetings in the DC area, and remote work.
Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Travel: Occasional travel within CONUS as needed.
Start: Immediately
Clearance: VA NACI (or the ability to obtain)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Consult with internal leadership and stakeholders to determine needs in relation to SharePoint content management, knowledge management and SharePoint administration.
Ability to analyze and document the customer’s requirements and develop innovative solutions that are OOTB compatible, develop solutions that are mostly OOTB SharePoint features.
Collaborate with a variety of customers to understand their requirements; ability to communicate suggested alternatives while adhering to the customer needs and enterprise standards.
Analyze processes and evaluate strategic plans to assist in the design, development, and implementation of KM strategies and programs for large-scale projects.
Familiarity with tools/skills such as PowerBI, PowerAutomate, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JQuery, etc.
Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
Update/build pages
Perform Content Management and Access Control within the SharePoint environment.
Update and reorganize the information on the existing SharePoint enterprise.
Review the SharePoint infrastructure and propose basic and custom modifications in a summary report to improve the system’s functionality, effectiveness, and efficiencies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in Modern SharePoint within a professional environment.
Proven experience developing and implementing knowledge management solutions and information analytics.
Preferred: VHA experience and clearance
