Housing Wanted - Ready to Move (King George , Caroline, Spotsylvania)

Hello! I am a Case Manager for a non-profit organization that is seeking out affordable housing.
I have several clients that are looking for housing and very motivated to move immediately.
My clients do have barriers like past evictions and poor credit, but they have learned from their mistakes and want to do better going forward.
They are all families, and they all are working very hard to overcome those barriers.
Our organization wants to pay the security deposit and some rent (varies based on the client) to help our clients and make sure they're off to a great start.
We want our clients to succeed and will also continue to provide case management (and guide them toward being a great renter) for a period of time while in they are in your space.
