The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking a Systems Management Lead to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information.
DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program.
This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.

Job Description
Please note: There is a requirement for reporting onsite at the customer's location in Quantico, VA three (3) times per week,
Oversees and leads lifecycle operations, maintenance, testing, security, availability, administration, and optimization of customer's server infrastructure, as part of the overall strategic objective of the IT modernization and IT initiatives to provide an improved flexible and evolving enterprise IT environment to support the customer's mission IAW with DoD policies and procedures and commonly utilized industry best practices.
Responsible for lifecycle of all IT environments, including cloud development, pre-production and testing, production, failover enclave, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and shared space physical environments.
Coordinates, directs, and performs software installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and version currency and refresh of infrastructure hardware, software, and service components, including testing and deploying all required patches and updates.
Monitors enterprise operations, system configurations, and traffic to provide optimization, capacity management, security, and improvement recommendations.
Researches, recommends and implements appropriate technology insertions for the server infrastructure to improve performance, reliability and security.
Oversees domain access and account and domain administration services to include systems and data access, share management, elevated privilege accounts report, access/activity log searches, account creation, and user access rights.
Manages enterprise input and output resources and devices.
Ensures encrypted incremental and full system backups and off-site storage, as well as system and data restoration and archiving of file data and user information.
Oversees resolution of server issues using applicable protocols, and documents technology, solutions, plans, and deployments.
Provide inputs into the Activity Report.
Qualifications
Qualifications - External
It is required that the Systems Management Lead have the following qualifications
BA/BS and 10 to 14 years of experience
Top Secret (SCI Eligible)
Applicable Server Management Compute Environment (CE) Certification
IAM Level I, Certification in one of the following areas, A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, SSCP
Desired Qualifications
MA/MS with 8 to 12 years of experience
TS/SCI

Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
