Now hiring a *Floor Lead *for a manufacturing facility in the *Culpeper, VA area*: *Requirements:* * 1 Year of prior supervisory or quality assurance experience.
* Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent people skills.
* Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.
* Computer skills and Paperwork processing skills.
* Starting pay rate is $16.

*Job Duties: * * Overseeing smooth and continuous operation of all lines.
* Maintaining and documenting production records.
* Coordinating breaks and substituting on lines when needed * Ensuring that production goals are met.
