Evermade Foods LLC is hiring a key role in our office team which is both client and internally focused.
Located in the Vint Hill area of Warrenton, Evermade Foods LLC is a USDA/FDA registered wholesale food manufacturing company, This is a solutions-based role to help support Executive Administrative Assistant to support both external and internal operations to ensure smooth production and distribution of our clients’ products.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a keen attention to detail, be a self-starter with problem solving capabilities, and have excellent communication skills.
Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
Candidate must be able to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time as needed.
Our facilities are in operation from 6am to 6pm; schedule to be determined upon hiring, but it is flexible.
*Essential Functions*
* Extreme attention to detail
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting all deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* Proficient in or have the ability to learn more niche software (Google Drive, Slack, ShipStation, Upkeep, Galley, ReciPal, Canva, etc.
)
*Responsibilities*
· Interacting with clients via:
* Google Drive
* Slack Channel (daily monitoring, fact gathering, answering customer questions as they come up)
* Email communication (Calendar invites, emails, staff coordination through email)
* Recipe management (pricing updates, ingredient tracking, quarterly pricing projects, entering new recipes into software, sourcing products, vendor communication, updating build docs and production cards, and label creation and editing)
* Overseeing clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting and sending mail, and scanning receipts
* Ad hoc research projects, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and acting as liaison for external contractors and clients
* Ordering supplies (office, kitchen, etc.
) as needed
* Responsible for weekly deliverables and ad hoc deliverables as they come up
* Assisting CEO and COO with other work-related tasks as needed
* Occasional errand running
*Office Administrator Requirements and Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma or GED (required)
* 2-3 years experience in business/client management (required)
* Driver’s License (required)
* Ability to speak and/or write Spanish preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.
