Spa Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Properly open and close the spa according to the standard operating procedures
Greeting every client in a professional, welcoming manner
Answering phone calls promptly
Assisting clients with questions regarding spa services and products
Accurately book, change and cancel appointments utilizing our computer system
Process payment for services and products
Actively promote the sales of spa retail products, memberships, and gift cards
Maintain a clean well-organized reception area
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
Assist with washing and folding of all linens used in treatment rooms
Arrive prior to starting of shift with enough time to prepare for the day
Maintain and increase knowledge by attending in-house instruction, and education/training classes
Various duties as assigned by Spa Management
Qualifications:
Spa experience *required*
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
Relevant customer service experience preferred
Strong phone skills
Basic computer skill a must
Ability to pick up new software skills quickly
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
