Spring Oak Louisa is seeking an Activities Director with at least two years of experience in an Assisted Living or Long-Term Care setting .
As the Activities Director, you will manage the Activities Department and coordinate all programming for our residents.
This position plans, directs and executes the activity program for the facility in harmony with the management and corporate values and guidelines assuring that there are a variety of programs offering a lifestyle based on activities honor individuality and resident's preferences.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develops and coordinates a seven day a week resident centered activity program including spiritual, intergenerational, outside activities, entertainment; with a monthly calendar of planned and formal activities
* Coordinates volunteer programs, resident shopping, beauty shop and outings - Develops departmental target goals, objectives, and systems and recommends and implements necessary changes
* Manages the procurement, maintenance of all activity supplies and equipment
* Works within facility activity budget
* Performs other duties as required
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of two years of experience in an Assisted Living or Long-Term Care setting
