Outside Sales Representative

Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Third Marble Marketing, a trusted Google Ads Certified Partner, is looking for a hard-working and honest Entry Level, Outside Sale Representatives to sell Google Ads Management and SEO services to local small businesses.
They are looking to hire in the Fredricksburg area.
The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for self-generating leads and closing recurring revenue deals with quality clients that want to grow their business.
Exceptional customer satisfaction is important at Third Marble Marketing therefore a proven track record for professionalism and attention to detail is a necessity.
This position has a base salary plus pays commissions on recurring revenue plus stipend to cover some travel costs.
Training is included for both services being sold as well as sales tactics and strategies.
*Responsibilities:* * Self-generating sales leads through small business networking events, social media, cold calling, and any other method that works for you.
* Educate prospects on Google Ads and SEO services using clear, easily understood terms.
* Being honest and upfront with all transactions.
We will not tolerate "anything to close the deal" attitudes.
* Working with the Account Management team in onboarding new clients.
* Maintaining good business relationships with your base of clients.
* Develop referral sources.
* Attending local business networking meetings, chamber of commerce events and other events that small business owners might attend.
* Host educational seminars for potential clients.
*Qualifications:* * Experience working with prospects or customers face to face in a sales or customer service capacity.
* Ability to utilize Google Docs to create various types of documents and spreadsheets.
* Marketing experience or education - ability to help a small business owner understand basic marketing options.
* Basic mathematical skills for analyzing data, some statistics knowledge is helpful.
* Strong writing and grammar skills: ability to write meaningful, enticing emails or social media posts with proper grammar and spelling.
* Excellent customer skills: ability to communicate with team members and clients in a clear and professional manner.
* Exceptional typing /keyboard skills.
