We are looking for a seasonal Garden Associate to join Team Tie-Dye at Courtland ACE.

*Responsibilities:*
- Stocking, grooming, organizing plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
- Assisting customers in choosing the right plants and products for their garden
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering gardening advice
- Watering plants and ensuring they are properly cared for
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean, neat and organized garden center
- Assisting with merchandising displays to attract customers
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals
*Experience:*
- Previous experience working in a garden center or similar retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques
- Proficient in English; multilingual--particularly Spanish, is desirable
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and monetary transactions
- Basic understanding of floral design and lawn care is helpful
