We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in Fredericksburg, VA.

*WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:*
* Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
* Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep
* Process orders and paperwork
* Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
* Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
* Provide sales support for walk in customers
· Timely and effective communication
· Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
· Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
· Any other responsibilities as assigned
*OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:*
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
· Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required
* General understanding of Sales and Customer Service
· Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
· Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
· Reliable transportation to and from work
