*Full/Part Time Administrative Assistant- Wealth Management (Fredericksburg, VA)*
*Job Description* : This is an unregistered sales support position, providing dedicated administrative and sales support to Financial Advisor and Senior Management.
The position requires frequent client contact, typically by telephone, but also in-person, correspondence, and email.
*Responsibilities* : Duties will involve resolving client inquiries and determining which issues require immediate elevation to a Financial Advisor or a member of the management team.
For established clients, the Client Associate will often be the most frequent point of client contact with the firm, handling routine inquiries and resolving minor issues.
Having such frequent contact makes the associate a key contributor to client satisfaction and client retention.
*Minimum Requirements* : The ability and motivation to rapidly acquire knowledge about products, procedures, regulations, and policies is required.
Familiarity and skill with common computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.
The position requires well-developed self-management, social, and communication skills to deal positively and constructively with clients and other employees.
Candidate must be trustworthy, reliable, have strong attention to organization, detail, and effectively utilize time.
*Education Requirements* : A college degree or equivalent experience is desired, but not required
Marketing experience a plus, as are social media skills, and video editing capabilities.
