I have 2 rooms for rent one roughly 11x11 This room will have a share bath with a slightly smaller room.
Both rooms are fully furnished including a 43 inch 4k flat screen, Rent includes all costs including high speed wireless internet.
I also supply Netflix and You Tube TV with over 100 channels including all major sports channels to all rooms if you have any premium channel you can add it to the TV in your room The larger room has a queen size bed and a 8 foot long closet.
The slightly smaller room has a walk in closet and full size bed.
Rental is month to month.
I am 420 friendly.
No couples, no pets, no kids.
Please be gainfully employed full time outside the home and or attend school.
The larger room is $800 and the other room is $600.
I do have a second option if someone wants the larger bedroom with private bath with the second bedroom remaining empty.
for $900.
I usually rent to females but would consider a male for the $900 option otherwise it will be 2 females sharing a bathroom.
I have the master bedroom with it’s own bathroom.
So if I rent both rooms there will be a total of 3 living in the house but if I just rent the $900.
option there will be just 2 of us in the house which is a 2100 sq.
ft.
ranch.
I do keep a fouth bedroom as a guest room so if anyone has their cousin or a friend visiting for the weekend they are welcome to use it.
House is located in neighborhood across from North Stafford High school.
