Two furnished rooms are available for short or long lease – 1 month minimum -- in a newly constructed townhouse in Locust Grove Virginia – 20 minutes from the Fredericksburg downtown.
The monthly rent for the room (10 f X 10 f) with a shared bath is $500-$550 depending on the length of the lease.
The rent includes utilities such as electricity/gas, water/sewer and WIFI.

The credit score will determine the amount of security deposit.
