Month-to-month agreements (no need for a long-term contract) for Singles, Couples, Seniors, a Parent with a child, Musicians, Travel Nurses & Doctors, and home businesses are welcome! (one room can be used as an office) This is a shared 3-bedroom single-family home you'd be sharing with just me, using the master bedroom way on the other side of the house with my own private bathroom.
The entire home's square footage is much more significant when including your available use of the common areas, like the living room and a huge unfinished basement for storage.
There is no need to pay extra for storage units! There is plenty of space here for all of your stuff.
We will share utility expenses, including reliable Xfinity wifi.
Before coming here, I lived for over three years in an apartment, and this house is far nicer, roomier, and more convenient.

Please be ready to provide references and then a one-month deposit with the first month's rent upon signing the contract.
