Three rooms for rent (Colonial Beach Virginia)

I am looking for professionals to rent rooms in my home located in colonial Beach Virginia The master bedroom has a private bathroom and it rents for 1000 a month plus deposit.
to guest rooms with shared bathroom is $700 a month plus deposit.
There are shared utilities, which are electric and water .
No pets, allowed and no smoking inside the house.
We are not 420 friendly, so no marijuana on the property at all.
no loud music and no parties are permitted Violation of home rules will result in immediate eviction .
Credit check and background checks will be conducted.
You will sign a Year lease.
Unauthorized people will be removed from the property immediately.
The rent for each room is one person only All tenants will be screened.
There are cameras throughout the property inside and out.
The bed linens, towels, blank, pillows, pots, and pans and kitchen utensils are for display only and they will be removed
