I am a 47 yr old professional woman with two kids, (boy 16, girl 13).
We have a large yard, no HOA, and 2 hypoallergenic dogs; a Giant Schnauzer and a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frize (see pics).
The dogs bark at strangers and we get frequent deliveries during the day.
They are indoor/outdoor dogs and not allowed on the furniture.
Outdoor hot tub is not available for tenant use.
I'm pretty easy going and recently separated.
I don't party much and would hope that you don't either if we live together (not at home, anyway).
My kids live here every other week-ish and they are school age.
I like gardening, working out, and I mind my own business, generally speaking.
