Shared use of home including gourmet kitchen, full-sized fridge/freezer in the kitchen for yourself, and kitchen storage space.
Full access to the deck/BBQ, sunroom.
recreational room and home gym located in the finished basement.
Laundry on same level and on main level.
Must be okay with living with 2 young, well-behaved boys.
