We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic, customer-centric individual to join our team as a Resort Living Lifestyle Consultant in our upscale apartment community.
Position Overview:
As a Resort Living Lifestyle Consultant (formerly Leasing Specialist), you will play a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing sales targets through a comprehensive understanding of prospect needs.
Your responsibility extends from initial inquiry to facilitating a seamless move-in process, representing us with excellence throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed individual sales and productivity benchmarks.
* Respond promptly and effectively to all prospect inquiries, maintaining ongoing communication within designated time frames.
* Cultivate a positive customer service attitude.
* Conduct engaging property tours, effectively highlighting the features and benefits of our luxurious Apartment Homes, group clubs, and the surrounding active adult community.
* Foster goodwill among prospects, residents, colleagues, and contractors.
* Efficiently utilize the CRM system, ensuring prompt data input and effective lead management.
* Generate compelling presentations through strategic prospecting, utilizing various methods such as phone outreach, referrals, email campaigns, and home visits.
* Adapt work hours to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Communicate effectively with key influencers influencing purchasing decisions.
* Participate in marketing events as directed by the Lifestyle Manager.
* Adhere to established processes and procedures, including the collection of necessary documentation for potential and future members, collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
* Thoroughly understand and articulate all residency-related documents, including Lease Agreements, 55+ policies, addendums, etc.
* Take ownership of personal work areas, maintaining them in a presentable manner.
* Uphold a consistently professional appearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $3,000.
