Full Job Description A Fredericksburg, VA Real Estate firm is seeking a part-time Real Estate Runner who would like to work in a positive and growing organization.
This position is responsible for running errands throughout the day that support the real estate transactions of the company including but not limited to, placing signage, delivering documents, picking up supplies, and other necessary errands.
This position also performs various administrative support activities to help perpetuate exceptional client experiences.
We are seeking someone who has positive energy and enthusiasm, who works well in a small, fast-paced office environment, who enjoys working independently as well as together as a team and who has a willingness to anything asked of you to help support the client experience and the success of the organization.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people, both staff and members of the public, is essential.
Pay: Starts at $14.
00 per hour Responsibilities include: Placing signage Delivering documents Picking up supplies Other necessary errands The ideal candidate is: Organized Self-motivated Dependable Able to utilize navigation systems Able to manage time extremely well The hours for this position would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am until 5 pm Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Monday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
