African Grey (Dumfries)

It's with a heavy heart that I'm having to do this, but I feel it's the right thing to do: this is Dorian; I'd taken him into my home from a neglectful background back in August.
He'd already had a plucking habit that he's been dealing with for at least 8 years (!) now and clearly has potential to recover since feathers have grown back since, but he still has the urge to pluck and doesn't allow all of the growing feathers to fully come in.
He's a very anxious guy and chews on his feet whenever he's nervous or uncomfortable.
He is VERY much a chewer and will chew on things if he's bored.
He's a demanding bird, but otherwise he's a complete sweetheart and a joy.
I'll be picky with who he goes to since he deserves the best, and he can come with a medium sized temporary cage (he will absolutely need a bigger cage.
He's usually out and about so didn't need one bigger).
Asking $800 for him as I put in a lot of work with him for where he's gotten now, but he's obviously not in tip-top shape so anything more than that is pretty nuts.
