Guitar for band or start from scratch (Woodbridge)

Guitar player here Many years of experience, played in many indie bands, played hundreds of gigs from barns to opening for major tours.
Took a break from playing shows, built my home studio, maxed out my career potential.
Now I need a new project.
I have spare time, a studio, and guitar skills.
I’m interested in joining an *original* band, or just adding people until we have a new band from scratch.
I’m into any modern pop / rock / metal / synth stuff.
From metal drums to disco beats.
Either way, I’m gonna be making songs in my studio.
Do not need a long term commitment- this can be a side project or even a single demo.
Not trying to sell studio time - it’s just boring to make music by yourself.

It’s a 5 sided room with a slanted ceiling so there are no parallel walls.
It naturally dissipates echo even before the acoustic treatment.
