Fender Deluxe 85 & 1967 Silvertone Guitar - $700 (Fredericksburg)

I'm selling my 1988 Fender Deluxe 85 amplifier, in excellent condition, Made in USA, Brea, California.
($350) Also my 1967 Sears Silvertone Model 1478 Silhouette electric guitar with its original case, $350.
The pickups are installed on the pick guard.
I have spent as much money to restore this as I'm willing.
If you have advanced knowledge of setting up/repairing this guitar that would be helpful.
I removed the strings and pick guard so that someone can start from scratch.
I had a new nut installed & setup in Hilton Head, SC and was not happy with the work that was done there.
The string action was so high that you couldn't play it above the 7th fret.
