1987 22ft deckboat with trailer - $1,000 (Leonardtown)

1987 22 foot fiberglass deck boat.
Clean title.
NO MOTOR.
trailer included(no title for trailer).
I bought this hull with intending to make a small houseboat but plans have changed.
I removed the railings(included) but nothing more.
It has been sitting for about 2 years.
Would make great platform for fishing boat, party barge, floating pier.
No seats.
no motor.
only standing console with controls and steering.
Needs a good cleaning but otherwise a good hull and trailer.
