Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Knowledge Management Lead III to join our team in the Stafford, VA .
Description:
A Knowledge Management Lead III must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of knowledge management systems within the organization.
The Knowledge Management Lead III will also collaborate with various departments to develop and enhance knowledge management processes.
Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.
The Knowledge Management Lead II supervises junior staff.
The manager will be expected to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
5 years of position-specific experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in library science, certified records analyst: administered by the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), or both.
Clearance Requirements:
The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance is required prior to starting this position.
Must be a US Citizen.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.

-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
