Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future ManTech is seeking a Workforce Readiness Management Analyst (DCI IMD) to join our growing team supporting our USMC contract in Quantico, VA.
As part of DCI IMD Readiness Branch, provides comprehensive project management leadership and expertise through a variety of project management frameworks to successfully achieve the branch’s highest priorities.
This position requires an active TS/SCI Secret clearance (In DISS).
General Responsibilities : Possess extensive knowledge and experience using the Human Resource Development Process (HDRP) to meet and track all structure requirements across various career fields and process all changes as required.
Possess extensive knowledge of the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), make recommendations regarding community-specific billet changes, construct Table of Organization & Equipment Change Requests (TOECR), and process changes in compliance with USMC procedures.
Possess extensive knowledge and experience using the Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) to create and update training curricula and all associated documents.
Facilitate internal selection boards, training, assignments, and policy in support of special education programs in compliance with USMC processes.
Manage training, education, career progression, and assignments of personnel across various career fields and locations in coordination with other USMC organizations and external agencies.
Screen, track, and review applicants, update policy, and manage budget in support of incentive pay programs in compliance with USMC processes.
Assist in screening and selection of personnel for workforce entry and special duty assignments as required in compliance with USMC processes.
Manage budgets and fiscal constraints as appropriate (i.
e.
, training requirements, etc.
) in compliance with USMC processes.
Draft, deliver, and present information papers, meeting minutes, policy documentation, and/or briefings to government customers as needed.
Facilitate all changes to USMC policies and procedures (ex: Training and Readiness Manuals, Military Occupational Specialty Manuals, community-specific Marine Corps Orders, etc.
) Facilitate administrative actions and provide subject matter expertise to long-term workforce management readiness initiatives and working groups.
Plan and support community events and/or working groups in support of workforce readiness management.
Manage all aspects of the project management lifecycle for priority command projects.
Mandatory Skills Requirements: TS/SCI DoD Clearance Have or working toward Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification with objective of testing within 12 months.
Master’s Degree (+3 years’ experience) or Bachelor’s Degree (+10 years’ experience) Experience with Marine Corps MOS creation and management.
Five (5) years’ experience supporting Government projects within Department of Defense, other Federal Government, or supporting industry.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, including drafting formal documentation and presenting information or decision briefs to leadership.
Other Skills Preferred: Knowledge of the Manager’s Internal Control Program (MICP) Experience with Agile Methodologies; particularly Agile Scrum or Kanban.
Have the qualification or have completed the education requirements for Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PM2 qualified.
Certified as Agile Scrum or Agile Product Owner.
Prior experience using project management or visualization software tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft TFS, Microsoft Visio, or JIRA.
Physical Requirements : Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Must be able to lift/move 35 pounds (movement of inventory, setting up rooms for training, etc.
