ITAD Operations Team Lead

Job Description As an ITAD Operations Team Lead you will be responsible for directing the testing, repair, refurbishing, and part harvesting of personal computers and technology products.
To be successful this ITAD Operations Team Lead will be working in a quick paced environment and demonstrate a willingness to accept and drive innovation and process improvements.
Meet customer deadlines and internal KPI goals.
The ITAD Operations Team Lead gives directions/instructional training to Warehouse Associates and should feel comfortable working in a team environment.
This is what you’ll do: Ability to provide recommendation on the implementation approach, to increase production statistics.
Lead and supervise teams underneath in a collaborative manner.
Hands on knowledge of the units, software used, and functions on the production floor Influence a strong and positive company culture Develop and implement continual training processes with Operations Manager.
Be accountable for delivery of metrics and KPIs Build and lead a high performing team to deliver best in class ITAD solutions.
Ensure compliance to key regulatory, security, and organizational policies and procedures.
Help ensure the meeting of deadlines in our daily operations Manage installation & configuration of hardware and software Serve as knowledge documentation coach Ability to work in a team environment to standardize and improve processes Perform quality assurance auditing and coaching Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Strong written & verbal communication skills for working with supported users and staff Minimum 2-3 years of experience Prior experience in a lead or IT/SYSTEM SUPPORT role is an advantage but attitude, application and desire to get the job done and succeed, is more important.
Desired Knowledge and Skills: IT Networking, Office 365, and ERP/CRM system.
