All candidates must have an active Virginia Cosmetology or Barbering License to be considered.

Earn $55,000 to $66,000 per year with all forms of compensation! Assistant Salon Managers start at a minimum of $16 hourly base pay plus tips, productivity bonus, retail bonus, & customer loyalty bonuses.
