Project Manager

Responsibilities: * Provide the instructor led training course Development and Control of Project Schedule quarterly.
* Provide the courses in person at The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), located in Dahlgren, Virginia, or virtual.
* Ensure the training sessions do not exceed two (2) days.
* Confirm the prerequisites have been satisfied by enrolled students and debrief the prerequisites to answer student questions.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools - Experience with systems such as SharePoint and Visio - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to facilitate meetings and lead cross-functional teams - Knowledge of program design principles and practices - Experience in cost control and scope management - Proficient in requirements analysis and gathering techniques - Familiarity with change management processes Job Type: Contract Pay: $28.
