Responsibilities:
* Assisting the General Manager/Owner in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
* Preparing food, making orders, and ensuring that all products are fresh, of high quality, and comply with food safety regulations
* Doing dishes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and workspace
* Managing staff scheduling and ensuring that all shifts are covered
* Assisting with hiring and training new employees
* Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Monitoring sales and implementing strategies to increase revenue, including building sales and local marketing initiatives
* Creating and managing social media content to increase brand awareness
* Participating in promotional events and initiatives to increase brand awareness
* Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the food industry
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be availability to work weekends and holidays
* Experience in local marketing and social media management
