Responsibilities:
This Branch Administrator is responsible for maintaining and organizing all communication in and out of the office, weekly payroll, accounts payable and receivable processing as well as generating/maintaining financial reports and other general office duties.
* Maintain and organize all communication in and out of the office
* Manage and run weekly payroll, accounts payable and receivable
* Manage contract administration, invoicing, employee HR and onboarding process
* Meet accounting deadlines
* Coordinate and plan community service projects and employee relations events and other general office duties
* Qualifications:
* Ideal candidates will be able to excel within a team building atmosphere and play a supportive role to co-workers and branch manager
* Demonstrate strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
* Candidates with prior JD Edward’s and ADP system experience are highly preferred.
* Applicants must have prior office administration experience and strong organizational and communication skills
