*Role*
Paralegal for intellectual property prosecution and enforcement and business formation and commercial and IP litigation firm.
Paralegal will assist with legal research, preparation of pleadings and discovery responses, trademark and copyright searches, trademark and copyright applications, document review and production, time entry and billing, and electronic and paper filing.
*Skill Requirements*
Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency with office software, PCs and printers, self-starter, good social skills combined with self discipline and ability to work independently when necessary.
*Educational Requirements*
Bachelor's degree required.
GPA of 3.
2 or above strongly preferred.
