Seeking friends near fredericksburg who want to go events together (Fredericksburg)

Must be 21+ cuz many of these events are bars and clubs.
I'm also 25 years old.
Goth ones mostly.
I need a friend that can drive and has a car because I am definitely disabled so I have to bring a wheelchair with me and I can't really drive anymore.
My chair fits in most cars as both of them fold up.
One is 50 lbs.
Gotta be okay with my disability.
I usually go to events alone unelss my current friends want to go with me but I only have a couple local friends.
I'm looking for more.
Most of my friends are out in Richmond VA where I want to go mostly.
You have to be open to going to other parts of Virginia not only Fredericksburg events.
You have to like parties, festivals, clubbing, bars ect.
Social events.

Also , someone free on Halloween ( Tuesday ) cause i will be going to Richmond for a big Halloween event.
However most events are friday night to the weekend.
