Free pull-out couch - tan sleeper sofa (Manassas, VA)

I just inherited new furniture so I am letting go of some old things.
I have a couch that is pretty comfortable and pulls out to sleep.
It has a few stains and one of the cushions has a tear and my dog likes to nap on it so it could use a little bit of cleaning but I think it's still got a lot of life if you need a simple couch.
The cover is included and can be washed easily in a clothes washer.
I am located close to 234 and will be home this weekend and able to help carry it outside, so please email me (I will turn notifications on) and I will respond in order of messages received.
If you are interested, I also have a smaller, matching sofa (not pull-out) in similar condition that is 70" x 36" x 30" and I would like to give that away as well.
