Kynect Express, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for *enthusiastic, driven, team players* to distribute smiles all over Fredericksburg!
*Hours:* 10:40 AM - 8:30 PM
Full time and part time *non CDL driver* positions available.
Delivery driver training is provided and no experience is needed! We are looking for a *positive* attitude with a willingness to work and adapt to change! Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
* Use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information.
* Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
* Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
Load and unload packages to be delivered.
* Be *CUSTOMER OBSESSED!!* We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
* The delivery driver performs the following tasks:
* Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
* Able to get in/out of the van, and walk up/downstairs throughout your shift.
* Able to push/pull above and below the shoulder level.
* Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat.
* Load and unload cargo vans to deliver packages efficiently.
* This a physical job and fast pace.
*Basic Requirements:*

* At least 21 years of age
* Possess a valid driver’s license
* Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
* Must have a clean driving record (within the last 3 years)
