Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order entry.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for customer needs.
- Serve as a front desk representative, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications.
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes.
- Ability to file, transcribe, and maintain records with attention to detail.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working at a front desk or reception area is a plus.
