Responsibilities:
As a New Customer Specialist, you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be a successful member of our administrative team.
You will use teamwork along with self-management to build relationships with our customers through a customer-focused lens and be a key point of contact for both PermaTreat employees and current and potential customers.

You will…
Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify the customer’s concern and evaluate their needs
Use strong communication skills to communicate/empathize with customers, while building trust and handling objections within a conversational call flow
Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service
Perform outbound calls to customers to follow-up on service received and regarding outstanding customer account balances

Qualifications:
As a New Customer Specialist at PermaTreat, you must possess the following skills/requirements:
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check required
What will my work environment be like?
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
