The *Front Desk Receptionist *will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
*Applicants must love dogs!* Some customer service success preferred.
The position will interact with customers on the phone and in person, exhibiting an enthusiastic and positive demeanor at all times.
The receptionist is responsible for making reservations, as well as checking-in and checking-out all pets for lodging, daycare, and grooming.
