Front Desk Receptionist

King George Veterinary Clinic is looking for a experience veterinary receptionist to join our team! We are located in King George Virginia.
Right off of Route 3.
Duties for this position include: Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner Answering phones Scheduling appointments Creating visit estimates Paper filing Taking payments Educating clients on flea and tick products Keeping the front area clean and tidy Occasionally helping clients to their cars with products or their pet and veterinary staff with patient treatments .
\*\*Ability to comfortably lift up to 40lbs required\*\* Our uniform is scrubs tops and full length scrub pants that cover entire legs to top of shoes,(PLEASE NOTE NO LEGGING, TIGHT PANTS, JEANS AND OR T-SHIRTS ) .
Closed toed shoes and slip proof are required Occasional weekends.
We all share rotating weekends The practice is open one Saturday a month to the public.
A receptionist is needed the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of the month from 9am-12pm.
We are closed Sundays with no receptionist, except for rotating schedule of taking care of boarding pets.
We are closed to the public on Wednesdays.
A receptionist is needed on Wednesdays.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $14.
