Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest requests for room reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Operate phone systems, answer calls, and direct guests to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations and guest management
