The *_Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA)_* provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence (CI) enabling/training to DoD, which includes CI operations, CI collection, CI investigations, CI functional services, CI analysis, and CI cyber activities.
NetCentrics will provide JCITA with highly qualified instructors with subject matter expertise counterintelligence operations, counterintelligence collections, intelligence analysis, and other key skills required to assist the Government in the successful execution of JCITA's unique CI curriculum.
You will provide experiential-based, DoD CI training and professional development in support of DoD training requirements.
Executing the JCITA mission requires your counterintelligence expertise with secondary skills in knowledge sharing, course material development, and participant assessment.

*_Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Instructors _*shall be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and shall be able to speak clearly enough to instruct, evaluate and counsel students in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter.
*_SME/Instructors_* shall be familiar with adult learning principles and the Instructional System Design (ISD) process to assist in the analysis, objective writing, evaluation, design, development, facilitation techniques, and maintenance of course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
*_SME/Instructor _*personnel shall know how to engage in research and analysis to maintain subject matter currency and relevancy to contribute to the updating of course materials and documentation.
*REQUIREMENTS*:
* Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, and one of the following JCITA source handling courses:
* Military Counterintelligence Collection (MCC)
* Advanced CI Collection Course (ACICC)
* Joint Military Counterintelligence Collection Course (JMCCC)
* Other qualifying courses includes the following:
* Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC)
* Advanced Source Operations Training Course (ASOTC)
* Military Operations Training Course (MOTC)
* Field Tradecraft Course (FTC)
* Operations Tradecraft Course (OTC)
* Intelligence community (IC) school equivalent or have experience conducting Level II MCC in accordance with the DoDI-S 5240.

* An instructor in this course has served as a CI Collector with experience conducting the full operational cycle.
* Must have a minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, and/or instructing, of CI or HUMINT collection activities and shall be able to sit or stand for up to 4 hours at one time and be able to walk for up to 5 miles in one day.
* Highly desired experience for the Senior-Level CI SME/Instructor includes experience as one of the following:
* Senior Source Handler
* Team Chief
* Operations Officer
*QUALIFICATIONS**:*
* US Citizen
* TS/SCI eligible
* US Driver's License
* Must be computer literate and have working experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
