is seeking a part time team member to join our (downtown Fredericksburg) Team!!
Our mission is to serve smiles, one hand-crafted scoop at a time, and this starts with our team and the experiences delivered in our retail scoop shops.

*Position Overview:*
As a shift lead, you will support shop operations by having positive interactions with customers and team members, making our shop the best place to visit and Blue Cow an awesome place to work.
*Primary Job Responsibilities:*
* Interact with guests and team members in a positive and friendly manner supporting a culture of hospitality and service
* Complete all shift work including greeting and serving customers, packing take out orders, operating point of sale, completing shift checklists, opening / closing cleaning etc.
* Ensure product integrity and service excellence by following standard operating procedures
* Ensure the shop is inviting and clean, and in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
* Respond and handle customer complaints, contacting the GM for an escalation.
* Handle cash, make deposits, open and close drawer and count cash mornings and nights.
* Delegate shift work and run an efficient and friendly shift.
*Requirements:*
* Must be 18+ and have availability for scheduling 20 hours per week - nights, weekends and holidays are required
The part time Scooper positions provides competitive pay with tips
