Assistant Group Leader: Afterschool Assistant

AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins!
At AlphaBest, our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide, you'll help lead them through fun learning activities, with plenty of support and training.
Locations: Teacher Assistants are needed at Prince William County Schools in Woodbridge, Haymarket, Gainesville, Bristow, and Manasses.
Schedule: No weekends! Part time (mornings and/or afternoons)! The Before School hours are roughly 6:00-9:00 AM and the After School hours are roughly 3:00-6:30 PM.
Pay & Benefits:
$14.
00/hour and no experience necessary! Hiring Bonus Paid $175.
00 up front and $175.
00 after 6 months.

As an AlphaBEST Assistant Guide, you'll be trained to do the following:
Assist AlphaBEST Guides as they lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
Have fun!
Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
Here's what you'll need:
Must have a high school diploma or GED,
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must pass a Background Screening and Central Registry check.
