* Be committed to upholding standards for high quality child care at every level
* Meet the individual needs of the children, interact with all children to support play and learning Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
* Participate in staff trainings and required teacher trainings
* Establish positive and effective communication and relationships with families
* Be able to communicate effectively with center director(s)
* Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, loving, and nurturing environment for all children
* Be able to lift 50 pounds
* Other duties as assigned
_*Requirements:*_
* Minimum of six (6) months experience working in a licensed child care facility required
* High School Diploma
* Ability to pass background and fingerprinting check
* CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
