Vintage brass candle stick holders - $25 (Dumfries)

What I believe are brass candlestick holders from at least the 50's.
6 1/4 inches tall and base is 3 1/2 inches wide.
Can't find anything like them on internet.
Have some weight to their bottom and have a flower design in the cut out area.
Very attractive and in beautiful shape.
Sorry that I do not have more information.
They belonged to my mother.
