TSC is seeking a Program Financial Analyst located in King George, VA This position supports ta new program at our Dahlgren TSC location.

Responsibilities:
This position requires a flexible individual with experience in d efense contractor financial analysis.
Track all contract costs and budgets, review invoices and perform purchase requestor duties.
Request/Collect/Track and assemble all technical contract reports.
Timecard verification and validation for assigned contracts.
Run, validate and track Deltek Costpoint reports.
Prepare, update, and maintain all contract spend plans.
Review contract modifications for accuracy
Review and track all travel authorizations and expense reports.
Assist in Subcontractor management to include collecting monthly reports and approving invoices/allocation of funding.
Oversee the accountability process for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
Prepare and upload data for the contractor's funds and man-hour expenditure reports into the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) system.
Review contractor's funds and man-hour expenditure report, contactor expenditure for labor, materials, travel, subcontractor usage, and other contract charges.
Track all required training as directed by contract.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related major and a minimum of 7 years of financial project control in defense contracting OR high school diploma and 10-12 years of related experience
Working knowledge of cross functional duties (accounting, contracts, program management) necessary to for effective program support
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance
